A 25% deposit will be required for jobs that require us to order material that we don't keep in stock, such as specific paint or vinyl.
We do not require a deposit for same day/week bookings (subject to availability) on our other services, but if you book in and don't show or cancel with less than 48 hrs notice, we will then require full payment upfront should you wish to re-book. All deposits are non-refundable, but a date or time change will be allowed if more than 48 hrs notice is given.
Due to time wasters making bookings, we now require full payment upfront for all advance bookings of 7+ days. Once payment is made the booking is secure, but if you cancel or don't show with less than 48hrs notice, you will lose the full payment.
